How long each flavour pod lasts depends entirely on how much water you drink and how you take care of tthe pod. It is designed to flavour approximately 5 litres of water and lasts up to a week. However it tends to last longer for many customers and the freshness of the smell can be preserved by placing it in he fridge. You can also help to ensure your pods stay fresher longer by storing the pod back in the airtight pod pack while you're not using it. Or you can leave the pods deactivated on the mouthpiece.
