However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no exchange or refund policy unless the item is damaged through transit. Therefore we kindly ask that you shop and choose your items carefully as no exchange or refund will be made for any change of mind.
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. Damaged boxes are outside of our control so unless your product isn't damaged, we cannot accept refund or replacements on damaged boxes. At Selly Gem Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us.

At our store, we strive to source unique and high-quality items that cannot always be found locally. As such, our suppliers are located all around the world, and each item's shipping time may vary. For this reason, it is common for you to receive your order of multiple items in different packages and at different times if you have ordered a variety of products located in different regions around the world.
At Selly Gem Store, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $70. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 12-24 hours but please allow up o 5 business days for your order to be processed during our peak seasons.
Typically, our shipping time range is between 2-3 weeks. We know how important it is for you to receive your order on time, which is why we endeavour to ship all orders within 1-5 business days. In some rare cases, factors such as customs procedures may cause delays in shipping, but we will always strive to keep you informed of any unforeseen circumstances.
